sporting achievements. Two former
students are currently representing their
national football nations (England and
Scotland) at under-19 level before both
boys embark on final preparations ahead
of the European Under-19 Championships
in Germany this summer. One of our Year
9 students, Paige Breen, is a budding
ice hockey player who currently plays
for Swindon Wildcats Ladies and has
been picked to represent Great Britain at
under-16 level! Combine these outstanding
achievements with numerous educational
awards such as winners in the Bampton
Beam writing competition and frequent
charity events demonstrates how our
students represent, respond and rise to
local, national and international challenges.
On a daily basis, when you walk about
our lovely site you will see breath-taking
GCSE and A-level Art. Students’ art work
also graces the walls of the Carterton
Community Centre in Shilton Park.
As part of the Carterton Community
Schools Federation, Carterton Community
College is extremely proud of its
achievements and continues to serve
students to the best of our ability. I believe
we are an outstanding provider of first
