ment organisation (ALMO) set up by Gloucester City
Council in 2005. It is a company wholly owned by the
City Council and is non-profit making. In June 2007
GCH attained 2 stars from the Audit
Commission confirming that it provides a ‘Good
service with promising prospects for improvement’
