As one of the area’s largest employers
at Bath & North East Somerset Council

The responses are being collected and
transformed into a visually striking digital
timeline which contextualises key thinkers and
writers over the centuries and will continue
to encourage reading and conversations that
promote equality and diversity.
We are proud Stonewall Champions,
supporting best practice in the sector through
events such as our Wall of Kindness for
Anti-Bullying Week 2015. It was a success
with students and staff wanting to share their
support and positive comments on the wall
as well as signing up to the Stonewall pledge
against bullying #NoBystanders.
Bath Spa University, including our dedicated
Equality and Diversity Steering Group,
continue to work on better understanding
equality and diversity issues for staff and
students, and how we can best create an
environment free from discrimination,
prejudice, intimidation and all forms of
harassment.
