Founded in 1977, Macsamillion is a family business and their enthusiasm and
passion for footwear knows no bounds. Chrissie Woodward goes along to see if
they can work their magic on her husband’s tired feet.
Behind Macsamillions Foot Foundation lies over 30 years of experience in the
footwear industry. Wherever possible, Macsamillion select manufacturers in
the U.K, but also have long standing relationships with suppliers from all over
Europe and the U.S.A. Style, quality and comfort are always at the forefront of
their minds and most importantly they listen carefully to what customers want.
The business has now expanded into a third unit
still within the covered Market and adjacent to the
ladies and the Gents shop. The two story unit houses
the Foot Foundation, a service that they have been
offering for the last 18 months and a successful part
of this growing business.
Our Feet are the one of the most neglected parts of
our bodies, but are also one of the hardest working.
Whilst the minor ailments that we all suffer from may
be ignored (especially ladies like myself with a ‘thing’
about 6” stilleto’s), it is actually the whole structure of
the body that can suffer if our balance is out.
