celebrates one year of bricks and mortar
Eden Café has recently celebrated its first year in its proper bricks and mortar location
in Wesley Walk, Witney. In September 2015, Eden finished trading in their regular
Witney Market spot where they could be found serving fantastic coffee, tea and treats
from a purpose built trailer, and instead focused on a new venture in Wesley Walk.
Doors at the new Eden Café opened in December 2015.
Due to popular demand, the Eden Café will soon be trialing Sunday opening. Aiming
to start in March, their first Sunday open will being Mothe's Day so anyone with Mums
who are gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or just love cake can come and have lunch or a
lovely piece of home-made cake and a fantastic cup of coffee or tea.
The café is also in the process of updating and improving their toastie menu and also
increasing their raw vegan and healthier options. Eden Café has a resident nutritional
advisor, Debbie Vanderboom, who has developed a range of smoothies and has
assisted in developing healthy salads and lunch dish options.

The café is also a registered Safe Place
within the local Safe Places Scheme,
providing support for vulnerable people
who may feel lost or worried while in
town.
The Eden Café has been called a 'slice of
heaven' – a place people feel comfortable
coming to. The staff love that many of
customers have become friends and that
they have also made friends with other
customers through coming into the café.
They are important as individuals, not just
people who pay for a product and service
that the café offers.
Eden Café can provide vegetarian,
vegan and gluten-free lunch options
for business meetings, and can also
provide such meals for dinners or parties
and vegan and gluten-free cakes for
weddings.
