it is vital that pupils see what life is like outside the
classroom. Teachers are encouraged to include
educational visits that support the objectives they
need to achieve as part of the National Curriculum.
Attendance at all three schools is outstanding
and is proof what wonderful learning experiences
pupils receive. The excellent feedback we receive
from parents means we hope many more pupils
will aspire to join the Carterton Community
Schools Federation. The College, alongside
Carterton Primary and Gateway Primary, continue
to push for the top Ofsted judgement and will
continue to serve pupils and students to the best of
our ability.
Finally, I hope you all saw the statistic that Carterton was
named the 11th best place to live in the country based
upon the key characteristics of education, affordability,
amenities and safety which reinforces the positive feel
around the town. Carterton is certainly going places.
