RAF Brize Norton Families Day & Brizefest

A free event open to RAF BN
personnel (military and civilian), their
families and friends. 11am-6pm.
Whilst personnel are away, often
forgotten is the hardship that the rest
of the families endure. This event is a
huge thank you for their patience, hard
work and support.
A day dedicated to everyone, there
is a host of activities for children and
adults too! Activities are dotted all
around, with live acts and displays in
the Arena – including the RAF Police
Dogs and Falcons Parachute Display
Team.
Enjoy some of the days stall displays,
including RBL-Ramsden, Better
(Windrush Leisure), Mini for Heroes,
30 Sqn, Community Support, Forces
Financial, Frankie & Bennys and many
more!! There will also be a number of
aircraft static displays to enjoy, which
are soon TBC.
A Funfair will be joining us throughout
the day and into Brizefest with such
attractions as, dodgems, waltzers,
inflatable slides and more to keep the
young and older entertained!
Music is provided by the Military Wives
Choir, Steve Johnson and more.
Brizefest
Following Families Day, Brizefest kicks
off at 6pm and finishes at 11pm.
It is a ticketed musical treat with an
amazing festival atmosphere and
fantastic tribute bands. It is open to
RAF Brize Norton personnel (military
and civilian), their families and friends.
A great musical line-up with an
amazing festival spirit, all culminating
with a spectacular firework display not
to be missed.

Carterton Lions charity car boot sale

8.30am-12pm
Free entry for buyers! (Bucket collection in aid of a different charity
each time.)
The entrance for sellers is down the left hand side of the Aldi store.
No need to book a pitch.
Gates open as soon as we have our marquee in place (soon after 8am).
It will be £6 for single pitches and £12 for large or trade.
Refreshments will be on hand and toilets are available in Brownes Hall.
