We concentrated our efforts on providing
customised care and support services
designed for individuals with learning
disabilities, mental health and older people’s
needs, in various locations around England.
Our overall vision is for every person to be
seen as a unique individual and to provide
services to maintain independence, exercise
choice and develop or maintain skill levels.
Our staff are our biggest asset as they are
the ones who help to deliver the good quality
services we promise. As holder of the Investor
in People (IIP) award since 1997, we’re
committed to ongoing investment in resources
to improve the skills and knowledge of all staff.
We have joined the Stonewall diversity
champions programme to help address the
needs of lesbians, gay men and bisexuals in
the workplace.
