The Carterton Fake
al will be held at Carterton Community College,
inside a giant marquee, on Armed Forces Day, Saturday 25th June 2016,
12.30-11pm. The tribute bands will be Coldplace (Coldplay), Kazabian
(Kasabian) and Blondied (Blondie), together with five local support bands.
Carterton Fake Festival is to celebrate Armed Forces Day, as a town we
have many RAF families living and working in our community so this will be
a personal thank you to all of them, at the same time it is a chance for all our
residents and friends to share an evening of music with our service personal.
By purchasing a ticket for the event you will be helping to raise money
for SSAFA Carterton and Witney Division as well as Carterton Community
College. SSAFA is a charity that provides lifelong support to anyone who is
currently serving or has ever served in the Royal Navy, British Army or Royal
Air Force.
