Carterton U3A
Every fourth Tuesday of the month
Carterton U3A meets on every fourth Tuesday of the month at the
Carterton Community Centre on Shilton Park. Meetings begin at 2pm.
The group always organises interesting speakers for these meetings.
There are around thirty interest groups which are very varied and well
supported. There is also an outing to enjoy each month.
Recent memorable visits have been to Bletchley Park and Cheddar
Gorge/ Wells Cathedral. In May the visit is to Sherborne Castle.

John Lawson’s Circus
25th-27th July
John Lawson’s Circus will be returning to Carterton this summer. Amongst
the acts in the 2016 production introduced by Attila Endresz will be hula
hoops and aerial net from Miss Chelsea, from the Ukraine The Vakal Family
with their amazing magic and quick change routines, Miss Jencia on the
Cloudswing in the roof of the Big Top, sword and dagger balancing with
Claire-Marie, The Duo Aspire double trapeze and Chinese Pole acrobatics,
high speed knife-throwing from The Marshalls, and of course Britain’s
favourite clown Bippo.
Monday 25th July at 7pm only, Tuesday 26th July at 3pm and 7pm,
Wednesday 27th July at 3pm only. All seats £9 with a special offer of all
seats £7 on Monday 25th July.
