As a member of Stonewall’s Diversity Champions Programme since 2008, our organisation,
including our Star Performing staff network, has worked continuously to promote an LGBT-
inclusive working environment. We have worked with local LGBT communities to raise
awareness of our work and see how we can further enhance our engagement with the LGBT
community.
