A city where you can be yourself
Diversity is good for our city. It’s good for business, good for culture and good for quality of life.
So we work hard at Brighton & Hove City Council to create a workforce that truly represents the community
we serve. That includes our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.
We know that people perform better when they can be themselves. That’s why
we’re proud to be part of the Stonewall Diversity Champions programme.
And why we’ve put in place initiatives such as a LGBT Workers Forum, targeted
recruitment campaigns, and a diversity mentoring programme.
Work for an organisation who values you for who you are.
